blaureiter: Holy crap he is! But how did you know? O_O He's just 17 in there! That's his name in there, 竹野内 豊 .

+1 internets to you!

Nick et Al: (yes pun) I don't think it takes that much work to gain weight (meaning: muscle), especially at the beginning. I upped 10 kg in about 6-8 months. I find it amazing that you guys weight so little (actually, a bit envious since I hate not being able to eat as I like since I'm losing weight) but I was part of the clan once too ^^

You guys should exercise! I'm a promoter of exercise, a good life, and err... instant ramen? =D

He gained 2kgs in 3 months? That's not exactly impressive is it? Anyway, I'm 183cm and weigh the same as him, 62kgs. A couple of years ago I went on a training fad for a month, drinking those protein shakes and working out regularly and got up to 67kgs... then I caught a cold, stopped force-feeding myself and lost that extra weight in a flash. So the moral of the story is, it's not hard for skinny guys to gain muscle, but it's very hard to keep it!

I can spot a difference but not so much.
You can see he kinda toned up at the "after" picture.

Personally, I use to be muscular before becoming VERY lazy. Now I'm really skinny. And its not because I don't eat. I do eat.... a whole effing lot. Must be metabolism or some s--t I really don't know I'm no health expert. Now I'm back on track to becoming big again if not bigger. For that to happen, I need to follow a similar regiment my brother does but.. only similar. His is too hard for me to copy.
Right now, I'm trying to pass 145 pounds. I'm only 135.
