Found this image of a (quite shady) ラーメン大学、which means Ramen University. I’d be kind of scared to go in there though, do you think it is legit? ^^
Goes nice with my blog’s theme and all, Instant Ramen!
Speaking of which, my Japanese teacher told me that all chefs in Japan need a license in order to become cooks, just wondering if this applies to small ramen shops too. If so, where do they study? Here I guess!

Airline food

Different airlines in the world have different kinds of foods. Take a look at what United is serving. JAL and China on the other side look delicious! Most airlines, however, have really made an effort in recent years to make their grub a bit more palatable. Some refined airlines have even improved the presentation! While some airlines make no effort to provide for vegetarians or vegans, other airlines like United give you many delightful options. Asian vegetarian? Kosher? Whatever you feel like! ^^
A flight, whether long or short, should be as enjoyable as possible, regardless of the food. Take a good book and a DVD player if you don’t have one of those televisions in-built in the seat in front of you. Bring games, a notebook, and a magazine to happily while the time away. Write a To Do list, or plan your next party bets moves or draw up a guest list for your next party. Write the postcards you forgot to send while on holiday! Do whatever you like to make the most of your time onboard. Enjoy the meals– even if you don’t like the main course you might love the dessert! Never say never.
Korean Air’s mineral patch looks delicious! (Here’s a Starcraft Cake in case you didn’t get the joke ^^)

Last time we had some Ninja Golf going on. Well, today we have some Ninja Tennis ^^ nice work on that shadow!
Remember I used to love tennis back in the day… haven’t played it for years but would definitely love to do so again, maybe when I’m rich? (Working on it) Nothing like volleyball, though… Natsukashii~

Maximum height is 1.56 m under this tunnel, which means you have to drive a really small car in order to fit ^^ most people I know won’t fit under this bridge. Do remember that Japanese and most Asians for that matter are not as Caucasians for example, so getting under this tunnel *may* not be such a pain for them ^^;; I’m not tall at all so I didn’t get too bothered, but taller folks usually have a trouble because of the difference in height. Are you one of them?

For one reason or another, Japanese sounds pretty cute, don’t you think? Nice to hear Japanese gals all over speaking their cute language… now imagine if this happened to you:

Anybody knows the meaning of this image? The guy in the picture is either recovering from sickness (which would be good) or is seriously anorexic.
Asian countries are well-known for the lack of overweight population (and also their below-normal weight), and this is actually the case as you’ll be amazed that it’s hard to see more than a few overweight folks in Japan, especially compared to some places of the world. I don’t blame it all on the diet, since we don’t eat so much fast food around here but people are still a bit chubby, but also to the type of lifestyle (hey, Japanese folks do drink beer too!). My personal experience with Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese folks is that they’re always running back and forth, and I was truly amazed that Office Ladies in high heels will run faster than me if their train is leaving. Not saying that you shouldn’t take a rest, since I personally love to do so every day, but I guess this is one benefit of such a stressful lifestyle. One thing for another ^^

Or should I say, a poor man’s curry rice ^^;
Curry is one of Japan’s most popular dishes (particularly curry rice), and is also well known amongst East Asian cuisines. Curry originated in India and South Asia and expanded to all Asia, and arrived to Japan in the Meiji era.
Anyway, imagine how many spoons of rice you have to eat with each chop of vegetable on the curry above! Via Neta.

Since Japan is the top digital camera producer with brands like Canon, Sony, Nikon, Panasonic, Olympus, it’s important to know how they along with the rest of us Asian friends take pictures ^^; for those interested in not only the technical aspects of cameras but also the different stances when it comes to taking pictures.
